The term coaching is used as a collective term for various consulting methods (individual coaching, team coaching, project coaching). In contrast to classical consulting, no direct solution proposals are provided by the coach, but the development of own solutions is accompanied. In systemic coaching, problems and solutions are considered against the background of the context or system in which the problem arises. The aim of systemic coaching is to develop useful solutions for the coachee. There is no right or wrong. This includes everything that increases the scope for action and leads to sustainable patterns of thought and action in solving the coaching problem. The decisive factor here is to incorporate the individual strengths of the choachee and help to expand them.
I enjoy working with Bettina Marlene Schulte-Kleipaß in this area. As a fitness and rehabilitation trainer, Kneipp mentor and wellness therapist, she is the ideal practical help for you.
